The Committee on Economic Policy recommends the Parliament to adopt the Bill "On Amendment to the Economic Code of Ukraine" (regarding Individuals and Sole Proprietors)

The bill (Reg. No.2398) amends the Economic Code of Ukraine to harmonize it with the Civil Code. Namely, the terms 'citizen-entrepreneur' and 'citizen' are changed into 'sole proprietor' and 'individual´ as used in the Civil Code of Ukraine.

The Committee members stated that the bill shall be adopted to harmonize terminology in the Economic Code, the Civil Code and other legislative acts.
